Typically you are going to find less teamwork in Sabotage then Search and Destroy. This is mainly because once you die you can respawn in 7 seconds. Unlike S&D where you see team mates setting up bouncing bettys and camping targets, Sabotage is almost like an extended Team Death Match. If neither team has any teamwork it can seem the game goes on forever.
In Sabotage, both teams have a target but there is only one bomb that both teams are fighting to place. Once someone picks up the bomb a "Kill" arrow over their head can be seen throughout the map by the enemy, if your teammate picks up the bomb you will see "Defend" over their head. Now if the bomb is placed, then defused by the other team the game is not over. Like I already said, the game keeps going unless the bomb goes Boooooom.
